2024 Mini-Conference Field Trips

SATURDAY FIELD TRIPS

                                      

Extend your conference day and join a 45 minute kayak paddle or pontoon boat ride  to explore around the Indian River Lagoon. Conference field trips are offered at reduced cost thanks to the sponsorship of The Environmental Learning Center (ELC) of Vero Beach.  To reserve your space, sign up using the registration links below.  To participate, you must be a conference attendee. Both trips below are from 4:30-5:30 pm.


Pontoon Boat Tour - $20

Sit back and relax as a seasoned ELC Boat Captain navigates the beautiful Indian River Lagoon and our trained Nature Guide searches for wildlife providing interesting educational commentary about this unique environment.

Kayak, Canoe, or Paddleboard Trip - $20

Experience the natural beauty and tranquility that comes from time spent paddling on the serene Indian River Lagoon. Explore this biodiverse ecosystem, gorgeous wildlife, and hidden mangrove tunnels! ELC provides everything you need for a memorable trip, all you need to bring is your sense of adventure. Rentals available for kayaks, canoes, and stand up paddleboards.
