THE CONFERENCE HAS NOW BEGUN. REGISTRATION IS CLOSED.

We can't wait to see you April 22-24, 2021 as we celebrate our roots in EE as we grow forward!

Our LEEF virtual conference will be celebrating 40 years since our first meeting.  Learn about the amazing work across the state showcasing longer term EE projects or programs, innovative environmental education during the pandemic, and efforts emphasizing justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Because the first day of our meeting is on Earth Day, we would love to see you show up to your sessions dressed to celebrate our favorite planet! An Earth hat? Yes! Leaf-y earrings? Go for it! A LEEF shirt? Absolutely! And if you are inspired to take any photos during the conference, please feel free to share them in the provided Shared Folder and if you post anything on social media, please use the hashtag #LEEF2021

We're excited to announce that Dr. Marty Main from the University of Florida and Mr. Ray Coleman from the Florida Atlantic University (FAU) Pine Jog Environmental Education Center, will be our keynote speakers.

We are delighted to have Robert Raze, Jr. from St. Petersburg College, Laura Valencia with Florida 4-H, and Anesti Vega with Diversity in Aquatics, joining us for a "Diversity in Environmental Education" Discussion Panel. Don't miss it!

Musical entertainment will be provided by Grant Livingston.

Thank you to our sponsors and partners, Florida Gulf Coast Center for Environmental and Sustainability Education, the Ocean Conservancy, and the Florida Master Naturalist Program.
